About you
  • You are an experienced SDR looking to move to your first sales role
  • You have a track record of success and can prove consistent success in booking appointments for sales managers
  • Your background will be in B2B - preferably in a solution business
  • You generate the majority of your pipeline from cold prospecting
  • Ability to understand and articulate a complex product set to senior executives
  • Are articulate and confident with an excellent telephone manner and strong listening skills
  • Are technically savvy – you understand precisely how the product you sell works
  • Can qualify opportunities early so no time is wasted chasing leads of no value
  • Are commercially savvy – relishing the challenge of overcoming objections with a view to getting the customer to buy provided the fit is good for both parties
  • If you have experience of closing some deals all the better

Requirements


  • Undertake telephone and desk research to identify who to target and their problems
  • Generate your own new business leads as well as responding to inbound leads and following-up marketing activity to hit your monthly prospect call targets
  • Sign up prospects to one of Turtl’s mid market packages - meeting and exceeding your revenue targets
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting on your activity
  • Uphold the values and cultural ethos of Turtl in all dealings internally and externally
