We are looking for an experienced and passionate Pastry Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience in the baking industry, is creative and passionate about creating unique and delicious desserts, and is capable of working independently as well as in a team setting. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work quickly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Follow recipes and procedures for baking and decorating cakes, pies, and other pastries.
- Prepare doughs, fillings, and icings for cakes, pies, and other pastries.
- Monitor the quality of ingredients used in baking and decorating pastries.
- Ensure that all pastries are baked to the proper temperature and consistency.
- Decorate cakes, pies, and other pastries with icing, fondant, and other decorations.
- Maintain a clean work area.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
