TWC Services Inc., an industry-leading HVAC-R service company with multiple locations across the United States, is looking for High Energy individuals to join our growing team!
We're actively recruiting team members who can bring experience in Coordinating and Dispatching to our service-focused team. This dynamic position offers unique insights and experiences in working with customers both internally and externally, managing a broad range of HVAC, refrigeration, ice machines, and cooking equipment service requests via email and inbound/outbound calls.
Requirements:
- Available to work evenings and weekends between the hours of 7 am CST to 9 pm CST
- Previous Coordinating and Dispatching or inbound call center experience
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on data entry
- The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Manage day-to-day workflow with efficiency while providing 'best in class' service to our customers
- Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills is a must-have for this position
