Summary:
Reporting to the Senior Director, Premium Brands, as a Senior Brand Manager you will have the opportunity to develop and implement key marketing plans and initiatives to drive growth the Premium Brands portfolio. The Senior Brand Manager works closely with other Treasury Americas leaders across the business including marketing, direct-to-consumer, marketing activation, sales, insights, supply and winemaking and oversees an Associate Brand Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual brand plans in partnership with cross-functional partners and sales including strategies, activation platforms, and programs
- Proactively leverage category, consumer, and brand insights to recommend short- and long-term opportunities for growth
- Establish and lead cross-functional teams and external agencies to drive major global and regional brand projects
- Lead brand positioning and marketing communication: drive media and social strategy; develop brand creative briefs and be accountable for creative across channels
- Manage national partnerships and consumer experiences
- Drive brand innovation strategy; initiate and lead end-to-end innovation projects
- Manage business performance and allocation of resources including A&P budget
- Develop and manage direct report
KPIs:
- P&L for brands
- Achievement of agreed regional volume and profit targets
- Improvement in key brand equity measures in the region
About you:
- You have 5 years CPG or Adult Beverage experience with demonstrated brand management capabilities on national brands and deep knowledge of retail channels. Wine experience a plus.
- You have excellent project management skills (process and product development), can create then deliver against a timeline and communicate progress effectively.
- You are able to work under pressure while managing multiple projects under tight timetables
- You have strong conceptual skills; must possess a high level of creativity
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills
- You have demonstrated strategic and analytical skills, and understand business implications of decisions
- You have demonstrated leadership and influential capabilities
- You are able to lead agencies in creating consumer (digital, PR, etc.) and retail programs
- You excel at developing and mentoring teams
- You are detail oriented
- You have strong working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and familiarity with on-line database applications (e.g., IRI).

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $133,000 to $173,000 per year plus annual bonus. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of Napa, CA. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
