Eligible for Shift Differentials: additional pay premiums to compensate employees for working hours and shifts other than regular day shifts.
Here’s how it works:
- 3% for evening shifts
- 5% for NOC shifts
- 7% for weekend shifts
- Differentials can be used in combination with others, for example…
- 10% for weekend evening shift
- 12% for weekend NOC shift

- You must already have direct deposit set up before requesting an on-demand payment.
- You may request up to 50% of what you’ve already earned in the pay period.
- Any requests made before noon, will be deposited into your bank account the same day.
- Requests made after noon, will be deposited into your account the next day.
- Get your earnings when you want them by cashing out with on-demand pay up to 6 times a month.

What Makes This Position Special? Responsible for providing direct assistance and care to assigned residents under the supervision of nursing manager. If not currently med tech trained, must be willing do so in the first 30 days of employment. This training is company provided.
What You'll Do:
- Promotes independence while assisting residents with activities of daily living including but not limited to personal hygiene, dressing, ambulation, and meal service in accordance with the care plan.
- Encourages socialization and physical activity by transporting or escorting residents to meals, activities, appointments, and outings as required.
- Responds quickly and courteously to resident calls for emergency and non-emergency assistance.
- Passes medication as required, monitoring intake and reporting on changes in condition.
- Observes resident regularly and reports any change in the condition to supervisor and nurse on duty. Records changes and observations in electronic medical record system.
- May perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal service to resident assigned.
