Compensation: Starting from $42K
Full time hours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Overall Description of Sales Executive Position:
A International Trading Company is looking for a Sales Executive for their Warehouse office in Cerritos. The candidate will be responsible for both purchasing and selling for the Aviation Dept. and will be handling the entire inside sales process from proposal to close. No previous experience in sales are required.
Duties for Sales Executive Position:
- Attend special training of products and/or services to understand technical aspects of solutions.
- Track activity, prepare and maintain records for sales leads and account status.
- Solicits and maintains contact with current and prospect key accounts.
- Sell the organization's products and/or services to established customers or new prospects.
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
- Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Requirements for the Sales Executive Position:
- Typically I years or higher. Minimum 0 years required.
- Good customer service and communication skill
- Ability to operate a computer to input data and retrieve information
