Business Development Manager (business development & B2B sales exp. req.) Description

The majority of your time will be spent working onsite with reps crafting pricing and sales strategies to secure wins against other vendors. Business Development Manager (business development & B2B sales exp. req.) Responsibilities
- Create and execute a sales strategy
- Manage and develop a sales team (8)
- Offer coaching and ongoing education opportunities
- Provide on-the-ground support to reps
- Plan and lead weekly sales meetings
- Meet with customers to discuss needs and assess partnership
- Stay up to date with new products and competitors
- Assist with proposals and RFPs
- Track performance to ensure the team is on target
- Prepare reports, budgets, profit analyses, and sales projections
- Meet revenue targets and measurable non-revenue KPIs
Business Development Manager (business development & B2B sales exp. req.) Qualifications
- Experienced leading a B2B sales team required
- Strong business development background required
- Up to 15% of domestic travel including some overnights required
