We are currently seeking a passionate Medication Aides and Caregivers to join our team of dedicated professionals.

Position Overview:

As a Medication Aide or Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our residents. You will be responsible for administering medications and/or assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents. We are looking for someone who is not only skilled in their duties but also possesses a kind and empathetic nature.

Responsibilities:

  • Medication Tech administers medications accurately and according to the prescribed schedule.
  • Caregivers assist residents with personal care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor and report any changes in residents' physical or mental health conditions.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
  • Assist in meal preparation and ensure residents' dietary needs are met.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
  • Document medication administration and resident observations accurately.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Medication Aide certification a plus. Willing to training the right candidates and certify them.
  • Previous experience in caregiving or medication administration preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy and compassion towards the elderly and individuals with special needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Attention to detail and strong observational skills.

Pay: $14.00 - $17.30 per hour
