A large custom manufacturer is hiring an assembler on all shifts in Delano! In this production role, you'll be responsible for assembling and inspecting products. The ideal candidate for this assembly opportunity will have hands-on mechanical abilities and experience with both hand and power tools.
Location: Delano, MN
Pay:
- 1st shift - $18/hr.
- 2nd shift - $20/hr.
- 3rd Shift - $21/hr.
Shift:
- 1st shift: 6:48 am - 3 pm, Monday - Friday
- 2nd shift: 2:48 pm - 11 pm, Monday - Friday
- 3rd shift: 10:48 pm - 7 am, Sunday - Thursday

Job duties of the assembler:
- Assemble products
- Inspect all parts for functional defects
- Use hand and power tools to perform tasks such as drilling, pounding, heating, and trimming for assembly
- Apply decals, stickers, tags, and handles to products
- Repair defects as needed
- Follow record keeping and communication process
