The ideal irrigation foreman candidate has experience in both the residential and commercial fields.
This is a direct-hire irrigation foreman opportunity!
Salary: $60,000 /yr.
Hours: 6 am – 2:30 pm, Overtime possible

Duties of the irrigation foreman:
- Assist with unloading the vehicle and help load it for the next day of work; maintains vehicle clean and organized
- May direct/lead the work of 3-5 laborers
- Repair all types of pipe installs and repairs various sprinkler systems and irrigation valves, and performs mainline repairs up to and including 4" pipes
- Position sprinklers appropriately and correctly in relation to grade, curbs, walls, and windows
- Disassemble, troubleshoot, and repair solenoid-operated irrigation control valves
- Install a new replacement valve and demonstrate proper flow control adjustment
- Turn controllers on and off and manually operate a single station from the controller
- Check irrigation programs on the controller and can operate valve electronically by remote and programs irrigation controllers
- Perform work and use tools and equipment in a proper and safe manner (drills, jackhammers, trenchers, tampers)
- Clock crew in and out of field devices and records detailed information and parts on each job site
Job requirements of the irrigation foreman:
- Read and understand irrigation plans
- Knowledge of well and lake pump systems
