Position Summary: Performs general labor and semi-skilled building maintenance projects and services. Assists skilled and licensed maintenance specialists in the performance of skilled maintenance work in the various construction and mechanical systems trades, and performs skilled assignments on an intermittent basis.

Salary: $20.39 - $27.76 per hour in 9 annual steps. Salary placement based on experience.
Location: Maintenance and Repair Services
Hours: 8 hours/day; 5 days/week
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Employee Life Insurance available for employees who work 4 hours per day (Full district contribution for 6 hours/day; 50% contribution for 4-5.99 hours/day).
Experience/Education
The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent and demonstrated skills in
arithmetic, reading, and writing skills sufficient to understand safety instructions, read and document work orders, read plans and drawings, make measurements, plus 2 years of experience in the general maintenance and remodel of buildings, grounds, or equipment.
Licenses, Certifications, Bonding and/or Testing Required
Requires a valid Driver’s License.
