We are looking for a General Manager who has a passion for the hospitality industry and providing exceptional service – someone who develops a genuine conviction in our project and our offerings. You must be a strong leader, but also willing to take direction and work in a team because you will be working closely with the owners and the corporate team to execute a very specific vision. Must be able to work long shifts and holidays and weekend hours.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the operations of the food pavilion and the farm stand
- Grow sales and adhere to budgeting and cost-control measures
- Maintain high quality and consistency of service; respond professionally and provide sound resolutions to guest complaints; ENSURE GUEST SATISFACTION!
- Maintain high level of safety, security, sanitation, and cleanliness; ensure compliance with health and legal regulations and federal, state, and local laws and COVID regulations; maintain security systems
- Recruit, hire, train, and motivate guest-focused assistant managers, FOH and BOH staff; set clear job expectations; conduct routine performance reviews; prepare weekly schedules; recognize and reward good performance and promptly address poor performance
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies
- Order Farm Stand products
- Oversee repair and maintenance of systems, equipment, and property
- Execute private parties and events
- Communicate regularly with PR company for marketing purposes (update offerings, live music schedule, special events, private event closings, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a General Manager of a restaurant, winery/cidery/brewery, or fast-paced supermarket
- Strong working knowledge of business operations: food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, personnel management, recordkeeping, etc.
- Strong working knowledge of labor laws, local health and safety codes, and accepted restaurant policies and standards
- Proven ability to lead and motivate employees to work as a team to meet impeccable service standards
- Ability to solve immediate problems and multitask in a high volume, high pressure environment while maintaining steady oversight of large operation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management
- Computer aptitude and proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Squareup, ; fluency with Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
- Must agree to background and credit check
SALARY IS DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE, STARTING AT $70,000 PER YEAR
YEARLY BONUSES, BASED ON PERFORMANCE AND REACHING TARGETS
