About the Job
We are seeking a Content manager for a leading podcast and audiobook company.
Duties,
- The successful candidate will work on building editorial experiences across content formats, testing merchandising strategies and reporting, across multiple teams of stakeholders.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience managing and optimizing digital campaigns, a track record of goal achievement, tireless attention to detail, and a knack for partnering effectively with other teams.

- 3 years experience in digital publishing or marketing and/or content engagement strategy execution
- Experience A/B testing on the app, web, or email surfaces
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple partners/stakeholders
- Experience with HTML, XML, PHP, CSS
- Experience guiding the development of promotional creative assets
- Solid understanding of web page development/ content management systems
- Proficient in MS Office, with demonstrated ability to pick up new/proprietary tools
- Strong organizational skills with the proven ability to handle multiple projects and move quickly and proactively to deliver results
- Strong analytical capability and experience managing success metrics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
