We are seeking a real estate advisor that is driven NOT just by making a sale, but by improving their previous best and consistently serving their clients to the highest degree.

- Understands the use of technology and how it can ultimately improve efficiency, ensure compliance, broaden influence and enhance lead generation when fully optimized.
- Experience with building long-lasting relationships with clients based on trust, confidence in our ability to guide them through a healthy home buying/selling and ownership experience that is positive, simplified and achieves their short/long term goals.
- Embraces learning and continues to strive to embody the HHO program by creating healthy financial habits (don’t buy on credit, wise investments, save, retirement, emergencies, etc.) to provide an experienced perspective, support client efforts and provide hope.
- Good understanding in real estate law and contracts, how to clearly and concisely communicate to clients (including all pertinent details to educate and protect clients and mitigate risk for all) and clearly knows when it’s appropriate to get assistance from the manager or broker.
- Adeptly manage/resolve conflict, progressing forward toward desired outcomes.

Requirements:
Licensed through the California Department of Real Estate.
Minimum two years real estate sales experience.
We will also accept newly licensed agents with a proven track record of success in a sales or a related field preferred, or demonstrates characteristics that have been identified as a fit for a sales position.
Compensation & Benefits Include:
The sky's the limit! Your compensation is tied to your performance. The more clients you serve, the more compensation you can earn. It's not uncommon for an experienced licensed real estate advisor to earn over $200,000, but the pace of how quickly that is achieved will be set by you. The more work you put into establishing a client base, the more money you will earn.
