Two Chairs is continuing to hire with all interviewing and on-boarding done virtually due to COVID-19. Everyone new to the team, along with our current staff, will temporarily work from home until it is safe to return to our offices.

About the role
As a Care Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the operational side of our clinical therapy team. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with Clinical Care, Product, HR, and Finance to support a part-time workforce that is critical to our business growth and expanding access to exceptional mental healthcare. Where you'll make an impact:
- Work closely with business leaders across the company to ensure the ongoing success of our part time therapist team
- Own and execute the ongoing operations of key processes for the team, including some recruiting, onboarding, tooling, compliance and engagement
- Maintain accurate documentation for internal and external processes
- Identify and advocate for improvements to processes that impact the clinician experience and our business metrics
- Communicate with the part time therapy team and champion their needs across the company
You'll be successful if you have:
- 1 years of work experience in an operations role, preferably in a tech or healthcare setting
- Demonstrated experience learning new tools, monitoring metrics, and flawlessly executing operational processes
- Experience working on cross functional projects and creating professional communications
- Comfort with basic analysis (Excel proficiency or willingness to learn quickly)
- Familiarity with workplace tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Confluence or other documentation programs)
- Detail-orientation and excitement about problem-solving to get the job done
