What are the responsibilities and job description for the Porter position at Two Coast Living?
As a Porter/Groundskeeper, you are at the forefront of maintaining a safe, clean, and attractive environment for our employees and residents. You are responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior of the property, typically focused on the community’s public spaces and amenities used by our residents, such as lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, recreation areas, fountains, business centers, parking areas, and refuse areas.
The How…
While prior experience in groundskeeping, janitorial or custodial positions is helpful for your success, it’s not necessary. We will show you how to maintain the property to the company’s high standards of cleanliness.
Your focus is on keeping property grounds free of trash, waste, and refuse throughout the day, maintaining landscaping and watering as needed, and performing periodic maintenance on all common areas of the property as scheduled.
Your friendly and efficient approach is perfect when engaging with residents while working around the property. You are committed to creating a safe working environment for the team and a safe living environment for our residents with a safety-first approach to everything you do.

You will work full-time Thursday through Monday.
