JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a year-round, full-time manager to join our team to assist in managing and growing a multi-location seasonal business along the Jersey shore. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment is a must. Managers should have strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead young service team members. A manager will be responsible for maintaining high efficiency operations and quality control, as well as, outstanding customer service standards. As the manager, you would be responsible for overseeing overall operation of the store according to Rita’s Water Ice standards, franchisee standards and compliance with health and safety laws.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver SUPER service and maximize guest satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and appropriately to guest complaints
- Organize and supervise shifts and employees
- Ensure compliance with sanitary and safety regulations
- Control operational costs and identify measures to reduce waste
- Promote community awareness of the brand
- Recommend ways to reach a broader audience through social media, daily specials, etc.
- Train new and current Treat Team Members on customer service practices, efficiency, etc.
- Inventory control
- Product ordering on a weekly basis
- Money management
