We are looking to add an experienced delivery driver professional to our team who is entrepreneurially minded, has a passion for launching and growing high quality brands, and who wants to help shape the future of a young and exciting company.

Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for delivering cases of Two Robbers product to bars and restaurants throughout the Philadelphia 5 county region, picking orders from the delivery van, and loading cases onto a hand-truck into the customer’s place of business. Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, must be comfortable consistently lifting up to 50 pounds throughout shift. This role does not require a CDL license or use of own vehicle. No weekends! Two Robbers is a rapidly growing company.

Duties & Responsibilities

● Follow routing software to ensure transporting and delivering items to restaurants and bars in a safe and efficient manner

● Pick, review, and stack orders for delivery utilizing a pick list

● Stick to preassigned routes and time schedules

● Collecting photos of delivery and signatures from customers

● Report and identify issues with deliveries, product, or quality

● Fill out daily trip reports

● Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle

● Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns

● Load and unload products from the vehicle using appropriate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks

● Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers

Qualifications

● High School Diploma/GED

● 3 years’ relevant experience within the food or alcohol industry

● Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

● Ability to meet all DOT regulations and abide by all traffic laws

● Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs

● Ability to push or pull several hundred pounds using either a hand-truck or pallet jack

● Ability to accurately complete arithmetic computations sufficiently to perform duties of the job

● Requires excellent customer service skills

● Ability to navigate using GPS or other navigation systems

● Excellent time management skills to ensure on-time deliveries

● Fork lift certification a plus

● Ability to be flexible and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

● Background in alcohol is a plus!
