Description
Respond to and perform a variety of functions including :
- Use a variety of techniques to identify potential business customers
- Work with customers to negotiate energy deals that benefit both Dynegy and Homefield Energy and the customer
- Work with management to refine sales strategy to optimize efficiency and results
- Analyze customer historical energy usage to develop deal proposals
- Deliver proposals and presentations outlining customer needs and deals
- Maintain accurate and timely customer information with sales operations
- Work with other depts to ensure customer accounts are handled efficiently and accurately
- Ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Remain current on competitive intelligence and energy industry trends
- Ability to negotiate credit & contract provisions with customers
- Close energy transactions with customers
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Remains current on competitive intelligence and energy industry trends
- Ad hoc Reporting in response to client specific requests for customer counts, enrollments, drops. rejects
