Tyto Athene is seeking a Program Managerto manage an experienced team of technicians and engineering professionals performing security system design, installation, and maintenance for the Fleet Cyber Command/COMTENTHFLT (FCC/C10F) Shore Equipment Installation and Maintenance Management Program (SEIMMP). The SEIMMP program provides technical direction and labor for engineering, installation, and maintenance of electronic systems and equipment and the respective infrastructure, in support of FCC/C10F, Security, Cyber and other IT related mission requirements. Tasks performed under this contract entails program management, design, engineering (both software and hardware), documentation, database analysis, installation, testing, training, maintenance, and logistics as required and directed by FCC/C10F mission managers. These efforts support electronic systems and equipment installed within Navy facilities and other entities that are operationally aligned to FCC/C10F. The PM shall act as the manager, administrator, and technical point of contact for the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) on all contractor service activities performed under the SEIMMP contract.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination of all contractor support services under the SEIMMP program
- Performance of assigned contractor and subcontractor personnel
- Installation schedules and manning
- Accuracy and completeness of installation and maintenance activities
- Preparation of cost estimates and quotations
- Oversee the timely submittal of correspondence between Tyto's contracts office and NAVSUP FLC Norfolk Contracting Office
- Oversee the development of Installation Design Plans (IDP's) and Base Electronic Systems Engineering Plan's (BESEP's)
- CONUS and OCONUS travel to as needed.
Qualifications:
- Baccalaureate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Sciences, or Business Administration or at least fifteen (15) years' experience as a manager in the electronics engineering field and a minimum of ten (10) years' experience in FCC/C10F CCP/DCP/TCP field or similar IC/DoD experience.
- Five years of experience managing personnelwith the skills specified in the PWS (installation experience with access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection and physical security systems to include gates, vehicle barriers and turnstiles).
- Valid passport for international travel.
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI.
