Job Title: Supply Chain Order Specialist

Job Summary: Elevate Eyecare is excited to support our high growth with a Supply Chain Order Specialist team member. This role will have strategic, operational, and monetary responsibility for many functions within the ordering department which services our multi-state supply chain network of clinic locations. The Supply Chain Order Specialist interacts with our clinic staff members to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and products orders. The department goal is to provide accurate information and resources, as well as prompt service to employees. This role will report to the Supply Chain Director.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• The Supply Chain Order Specialist is the point person for all product orders related to patient orders, special orders, or location special requests

• Provide timely response to all incoming Supply Chain requests
• Participate in all departmental areas including product adds, inventory preparation and execution, and system maintenance to ensure success and efficiency
• Will ensure the timely completion and replenishment of all clinic product and returns
