Job Title: Pre-Owned Sales at U-J Chevrolet

Job Summary:
The Pre-Owned Sales position at U-J Chevrolet involves selling pre-owned vehicles to customers in the Mobile, Alabama area. This is a full-time position that involves both a base salary and a commission based on sales performance. The successful candidate will have excellent sales skills, a thorough knowledge of the automotive industry, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current customers
- Listen to customers' needs and preferences to determine the best vehicle options for them
- Conduct vehicle test drives and provide information on vehicle features, specifications, and pricing
- Negotiate prices and complete sales transactions with customers
- Collaborate with other departments, such as financing and service, to ensure smooth and efficient customer experiences
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by providing excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Stay up-to-date on industry and product knowledge to provide accurate and relevant information to customers
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and targets set by the dealership

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Knowledge of automotive products and services
- Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed
- Must be a team player and have a positive attitude
