Overview
As a first step toward becoming a Soldier with a non-combat related military occupational specialty, you’ll complete Basic Combat Training to become a Soldier prior to attending Advanced Individual Training (AIT). During AIT, you'll learn the basics of the Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) of YOUR choice.
Requirements
Those who want to serve must first take the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery, a series of tests that helps you better understand your strengths and identify which Army jobs are best for you.
- 10 weeks of Basic Training
- Advanced Individual Training provided to teach you a job skill
- ASVAB Score: Minimum 31 Score on The Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery Test (ASVAB). The ASVAB is a required qualification test that will help identify which Army jobs are right for you.)
Our part-time employment comes with the following benefits:
