Job Description
This role supports the Product Risk Management (PRISM) group at U.S. Bank, which is responsible for the review process of business change risks across U.S. Bank. This position is responsible for most of the reporting and analytics for the PRISM group. Reporting responsibilities include the development and creation of PRISM reports, including reports for performance monitoring and reports to inform risk management leaders and stakeholders of business line performance.
Analysis responsibilities include performing ad-hoc analysis requests and PowerPoint slide creation. Additional responsibilities include performing periodic analysis on PRISM processes, with the intent to identify potential areas of improvements.
This role will also assist in other duties, such as assisting with the collection and verification of audit materials. Applicant will also assist with development and testing of technology enhancements to the PRISM application within the PRISM system of record (currently on Archer GRC platform).
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically more than six years of applicable experience
- 5 years of reporting and analysis experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Advanced PowerPoint skills
- Ability to work with large data sets
- Analytical thinking
- Ability to quickly interpret potential impacts of changes to a process
- Power BI/Tableau experience
- Archer experience
- Senior management slide presentation creation experience
- If based in Minnesota or a location with a large office presence, this role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at a U.S. Bank location, while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days. If based outside of Minnesota or area with a large office presence, the position can be remote.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
