What You'll do :
- Greeting patients warmly and delivering exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
- Coordinating the care of each patient meticulously from their initial evaluation to discharge, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Managing incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Utilizing electronic scheduling systems to book appointments accurately and efficiently.
- Performing data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Verifying and updating patients' personal and financial information to ensure accuracy.
- Maintaining organized patient charts and electronic medical records, upholding confidentiality and compliance standards.
- Collecting, processing, and accurately recording patient payments, and ensuring timely depositing of funds.
- Handling faxing, filing, and other administrative tasks as required, demonstrating versatility and adaptability in fulfilling responsibilities.
Qualifications :
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Must have 1 years of previous medical front office experience
- Excellent telephone skills
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Previous experience with medical software preferred
- Available and flexible with your hours
- Close attention to detail
- Great time management and organizational skills
