We are looking for a Client AML/KYC Lifecycle Manager - Quality Control/Team Lead to:
We are looking for a Client AML/KYC Lifecycle Manager - Quality Control/Team Lead to:
- provide the highest quality control oversight of AML/KYC processes in the onboarding and lifecycle of a client.
- act in a team lead capacity for the AML/KYC screening function providing day-to-day guidance and direction.
- assist with process and procedure development to ensure continuing efficiency and improvement.
- assist, as needed, with other onboarding functions inclusive of account set up in systems, reporting and billing.
- ensure efficient issue resolution through research and proper escalation.
- identify and recommend methods to reduce risks, increase controls, and assure quality.
- commit to a culture of global and regional harmonization and ongoing improvement of client service processes by enhancing the effectiveness, robustness and efficiency of the processes.
- react and respond to any risk issues and escalate accordingly including changes in risk factors or transactional or suspicious activity.
- complete all relevant and required training
Your team
You will join and work with the Client Service - America's team within Client Coverage.
Your expertise
- Institutional asset management client service orientation with ability to fully understand our client structures and business
- AML/KYC experience is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail
- Superior analytical skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ideally 3 years of relevant experience.
