Your role

We’re looking for a Client Service Associate to:
- perform all tasks related to Client Operations (account opening and maintenance, funds distribution, etc.)
- assist clients with questions and requests related to their accounts
- complete firm-initiated projects
- participate in team projects and meetings
Your team
You will be working with one of the premier institutional consulting teams in the country, consisting of five investment professionals, providing advice and services to approximately 25 institutions and 60 private clients. Combined assets are in the range of $4 billion. Senior team members have worked together for over two decades, and client retention has been exceptional and consistent.
Your expertise
- series 7 & 66 required
- ideally 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry and a leader amongst your peers
- bachelor's degree
- excellent communication skills (verbal / writing)
- strong quantitative / math skills
- proactive and organized
- detail oriented and value accuracy
- collaborative team player and positive attitude

Salary information
CA, CO, WA and NY based roles: The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $85,000 based on experience, education, and skill level. This role may be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. For benefits information: ubs.com/usbenefits.
