- Working knowledge of PC including the following software: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows.
- Previous experience with electronic medical records software such as EPIC, etc.
- Knowledge of E&M codes and the level of documentation necessary for each billing level.
- Skill in program planning and development.
- Skill in data collection and interpretation.
- Knowledge of scribing in an outpatient clinic.
