You will offer guidance toteam members by supervising nursing interventions and assigning related tasks.You will also assess patient, family and staff learning needs, deliverappropriate clinical education and promote effective workingrelationships. This involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary teamof dedicated professionals to develop and implement a care plan, includingproviding detailed care instructions.
Pay Range: 56.63- 84.19 hourlyQualifications
We're seekinga highly-skilled, self-motivated nursing professional with:
- Current California RN license required
- BSN or MSN required
- BLS from the American Red Cross or American Heart Associationrequired
- 2 years of ICU preferred
- Skill in implementing appropriate nursing interventions on a consistentbasis
- Ability to perform historical, physical and behavioral patientassessments
- Ability to develop and implement and evaluate patient care plan activelyinvolving patients, family, and staff
- Official Transcripts and/or original diploma from a registered nursing program must be provided upon hire
