Start or grow your career as a Donor Relations Coordinator with UCLA Development's Donor Relations team. We are seeking individuals who can quickly learn about the functions of our unit to provide program support and donor relations assistance. In our positive and encouraging team environment, you will grow and deepen a wide range of operational, administrative and constituent services skills focused on the coordination of our donor relations services. The magnitude and impact of the donor engagement provided by UCLA to our donors is broad and deep. As part of these efforts, you will make an impact by serving in a key role in working with our team to deliver a high level of support to UCLA Donors.
The Donor Relations Coordinator will provide high-level support to the entire Donor Relations team. Responsibilities will include providing direct customer service to donors through frontline coverage for incoming calls and emails, ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance of data in the UCLA CRM database. This position will be the front-line contact for questions about our online donor portal, including fielding questions, helping with login issues, confirming data and generally being familiar with the platform and information. The Donor Relations Coordinator will also maintain files, schedule and assist in coordinating meetings and training sessions, process and scan various University forms, and compose, type, photocopy, and distribute correspondence and other materials in support of donor stewardship projects. The Donor Relations Coordinator will take a prominent role in production of large Donor Relations projects, including Endowment in Action reports and Current Expenditure reports. The coordinator will be the backup for our donor parking program and work closely with Associate Director to manage that project. In addition, the Coordinator will distribute incoming mail, monitor the Donor Relations budget, provide statistics on calls and emails into Donor Relations and will assist on other projects as needed.
