A lawyer or legal professional, the Product Marketing Manager is responsible for crafting meaningful copy for our website, email communications, white papers, and sales collateral in order to create demand for CEB's digital subscription products.
This role will cultivate a deep understanding of the needs and workflows of key segments of California attorneys across a range of different practice areas in order to continually improve CEB's product positioning and messaging strategy.
The Product Marketing Manager works closely with the product managers for our legal research and MCLE product lines, as well as with the Digital Marketing Manager, Sales Managers, and Customer Success Manager, to create and implement a marketing strategy that resonates with California lawyers and attracts new users to CEB.
This role requires top notch writing skills, calm and methodical demeanor, effective project management and prioritization of projects given limited time and resources, and a passion for the business and marketing side of the legal industry.

Exceptional writing & editing skills, with proven ability to adapt writing styles to best reach senior partners, associates, office managers, paralegals, law librarians, and other legal professionals a wide variety of practice areas and legal specialties
Required
Interest in learning or demonstrated experience working with one or more marketing automation and measurement tools such as Marketo, Hubspot, Optimizely, and Google Analytics
Required
Demonstrated ability to synthesize, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data

Demonstrated ability to work in a strategic, organized, and results-driven manner
