Job Description: As a Client Account Manager at UCPG, you will play a critical role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, fostering strong relationships and acting as their advocate within our organization. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
- Client Advocacy: Understand the unique needs and goals of each client and work proactively to meet and exceed their expectations.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products and services to clients to drive revenue growth.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns or issues promptly, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
- Client Training: Provide clients with training and support to ensure they maximize the value of our products and services.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on client account status, highlighting key performance metrics and achievements.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide clients with valuable insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in client account management or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
