Responsibilities of a Client Services, Delivery Lead
A typical day might entail:
- Client Relationship Management
- Be a point of contact for all client matters
- Leading regular interactions with the key client stakeholders from project meetings, making best practice recommendations from a technical services perspective to suggesting training options and building business growth plans
- Building trust and partnerships with clients becoming their premier ‘go to’ choice for engagements
- Survey and track client satisfaction as it relates to their business outcomes
- Using your technical background to close the gap and ensure smooth integration between the technical and business side of UDig projects
- Assist Delivery Manager in actively engaging with client stakeholders to seek out answers and details needed to keep the delivery team on track
- Collaborating with technical leads and solution architects from both UDig and the client
- Build and execute an account plan to grow opportunities at the client
- Educate and socialize UDig service offerings with the client and promote offerings to meet the client's business outcomes and goals
- Contribute to internal UDig “fun/innovative” projects

- Required capabilities:
- Quickly assess and understand new business domains, challenges, and pain points
- Thoroughly understand a client’s business and technical needs and act as the bridge between the client stakeholder and the technical delivery team members
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and client stakeholders
- 7 years of experience, including the following:
- Creating and executing account growth plans
- Expanding opportunities within an existing client base
- Attain and exceed targeted revenue goals
- Financial forecasting and budgeting
- Implementing identified areas of improvement in operations, business development and account growth
- Managing software development and/or data focused projects in an agile environment
- Writing and presenting applicable metrics, strategic plans and process improvements to executive stakeholders
- Building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- Experience in account management and client relationship development
- Experience working for a consulting firm
- Preferred experience delivering custom software and data projects within the public sector (including state and local government) and/or credit union industry
- Experience with Kanban from implementation, execution and training
- Technologies and tools:
- Comfortable working in a variety of agile project management and documentation tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Notion, Linear, ServiceNow, etc.
- Experience reviewing, analyzing, understanding, and organizing datasets in a variety of formats such as Excel, CSV, JSON, and XML
