Job Description

We provide test administration and accommodation solutions to test takers nationwide and, for this purpose, look for professionals whom we contact on an "as-needed" to see if they are available to assist test takers with their approved accommodations. We provide complete training and assignment pay HOURLY for the entire scheduled time, even if the exam ends early.

Essential Functions: Proctor various tests while maintaining a secure testing environment. Maintain confidentiality and security of all testing materials. Must be vigilant — able to pay close attention to security cameras and conduct routine testing center observations to ensure safety and security measures are followed.

Role: This position assists in administering numerous tests and exams while maintaining a secure testing environment. Paid training is provided.

Date: Upcoming requirement - May 31st & June 1st, 2024.

Responsibilities:

• Verifying valid government-issued IDs and other legal documents.
• Responsible for check-in, and check-out of testing candidates.
• Monitoring duties include routine walk-through inspections.
• Assist with test center operations to ensure a safe and secure testing environment.

MUST HAVE:

• Must possess a working smartphone, tablet, or laptop.
• Basic knowledge of computers and the Internet is required.
• Excellent communication skills via SMS, phone, and email.
• Willingness to undergo cross-training for versatility and adaptability to role changes.

Qualifications:

• AAS or higher.
• 1 full year of customer service experience.
• 1 full year of basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications/computers is a PLUS.
• Ability to walk/stand for 60% of the shift.
• MUST be reliable and work as part of a team.
• Possess problem-solving skills and engage in analytical thinking in stressful situations.
• Prior proctor/teaching experience is a PLUS!

Physical Requirements:

• Capable of lifting up to 20 pounds
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while administering exams
• Ability to perform periodic walk-throughs.

This is an as-needed position. Candidates must be able to pass an extensive background screening.
