Job Posting for Stretch & Flexibility Coach at UFC GYM LANCASTER
Position: We are looking for motivated, HIGH ENERGY, and passionate individuals with experience in the health and wellness industry to join our UFC GYM Lancaster team! The Stretch & Flexibility Coach will provide Group Class as well as one-on-one & small-group personal training. This is a part-time position, evenings and/or weekends, 2-3 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver Group Stretch Classes for up to 20 members
- Provide one-on-one Personal Training assisted stretch sessions as well as Small-Group Personal Training Stretch Classes for up to 6 clients.
- Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch classes.
- Build UFC GYM membership and retain current clientele through sales and outreach to leads
- Ensure the safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce UFC GYM policies and safety rules
- Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
- Handle member concerns when applicable
- Maintain strong social media presence to client membership and retention
- Clean and maintain all equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time
Requirements:
- Passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility
- Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates or Yoga Instructor is a plus
- Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provided hands-on training with a client
- A fitness certification required
- Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people
- Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy
- Must love connecting with people and have a passion for helping them achieve goals
- Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies
