Position Overview:
The Graphic Designer will work within the Global Partnerships department managing the preparation and deployment of client proposals and documents. This position will design and create UFC sales and partnership materials that merge consumer insights, company statistics, and creative ideas into useful visuals, infographics, and diagrams. These graphics are created in various mediums with video and motion graphic experience preferred. Graphic designer should be an expert in story-telling with an emphasis in sales and brand marketing.

Essential Functions:
  •  Analyzes data into industry concepts to transform them into clear, accurate, and compelling visual/graphical representations for use in print, interactive, and web mediums.
  • Ability to ensure high-quality design.
  • Produce exceptional graphic presentations and decks.
  • Produce high-level, production quality video edits, sizzles, and reels.
  • Collaborates with UFC Creative department to maintain up-to-date brand and company creative for all presentations.
  • Oversees all current partnership recaps including relevant data, documents, and photos.
  • Oversees all new partnership on-boarding presentations. 
  • Ability to manage/design with a collaborative style which puts value on relationships, both internal and external.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in presentations and in writing.
  • Ability to develop and complete projects without continued direct supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines and provide high-quality service to clients both internal and external.
  • Self-directed talent; creative expressions and exploration of the possible ways to convey meaning with existing data and asset ideation while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, balance and prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and files.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks as needed including but not limited to category research requests, assistance at events on-site, and misc. tasks.

Skills & Experience:
  • BA or BFA in Graphic Design, data design, or equivalent combination of training and work experience.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years proven experience in graphic design.
  • Ability to translate data and research into compelling visual stories.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, Keynote, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must have high-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Premiere), Powerpoint, Keynote, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated expertise in graphic design practices and concepts.
  • Experience in Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, and/or other video editing software.
  • Expert organizational skills.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
  • Knowledge of project management and graphic design processes, workflow, and terminology.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot questions and concerns.
  • Ability to take art direction and actively seek constructive feedback and criticisms.
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking and ability to deliver unique, creative, and aesthetic solutions.
