Digital Marketing Manager – UFP-Edge UFP-Edge, a leader in innovative building products, is on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. This crucial role will focus on enhancing our online presence and digital marketing strategies to drive engagement and sales. As a vital connector between our brand and our customers online, you will play a key role in the successful implementation and optimization of our digital marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Digital Team Leadership: Develop and manage a top-tier digital marketing team. This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing and Product Development. Digital Strategy Execution: Oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including website management, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and the user experience/user interface (UX/UI) of digital tools and platforms. E-commerce and Online Presence: Manage e-commerce listings and ensure optimal online visibility of our products through effective oversight of product visualizers, social media channels, custom apps, and email marketing campaigns. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with channel marketing, brand marketing, product development, and other teams to ensure a cohesive digital marketing strategy that aligns with overall marketing objectives and product development. CRM and Lead Generation: Oversee the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Product Information Management (PIM) system, and the creation and nurturing of lead generation campaigns. What We’re Looking For: Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field or relevant experience Professional Experience: At least 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, UX/UI design, CRM, PIM, and e-commerce strategies. Location Flexibility: You have the option to work from our Eaglecrest office located in Grand Rapids, MI, or opt for a remote setting. Remote employees should be prepared to travel up to 20% of the time, including overnight stays. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across various teams to integrate digital marketing efforts with broader marketing and product development strategies. Additional Qualifications: Proven leadership abilities with a track record of team development and management. Experience in the building products industry is highly desirable. Expertise in leveraging digital tools and platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Creative and strategic thinking abilities, capable of developing innovative digital marketing solutions. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Compensation & Benefit Information: Hourly/Salary Pay Range: $80-85K annually dependent on experience* *pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living. There may be a yearly salaried bonus program.
