What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Janitorial Supervisor position at UG2?
Night Shift 3:30pm - 12:30am
UG2 is looking for an experienced Janitorial Supervisor with supervisory experience to lead a team in the overall cleanliness of a large facility.
This position is responsible for but is not limited to: working closely with the Account Manager and/or Project Manager and customer personnel in supervising janitorial employees performing day-to-day and periodic cleaning activities in assigned work areas.
Basic Job Duties Include:
- Train, direct and develop staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes.
- Inspection of trash removal.
- Dusting, spot cleaning, window washing, mopping, vacuuming, washing/scrubbing projects, restroom cleaning.
- Hard floor maintenance (including auto-scrubbing, buffing, stripping, waxing, and burnishing).
- Carpet maintenance (including spot removal, shampooing and extracting).
- Pressure washing.
- Recycling, and restocking of supplies.
- Provide prompt response to requests and issues from facility occupant.
- Other duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Must be able to clearly and professionally communicate on company radios and face-to-face to public safety and the client.
- Must have very strong communication skills both written and orally.
- Supervisory experience.

Required education:
- High school or equivalent
