Job Hours:
Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Issuing PO’s
- Ordering HVAC parts for customer’s equipment
- Following up with customers on estimated time arrival for parts
- Researching Warranty parts
- Quoting repairs with non-policy customers
- Scheduling follow up calls / repairs with the customer
- Returning customer’s call when they are calling to check on their part/repair
- Researching backordered parts/materials
- Reviewing parts reports
- Other miscellaneous office duties or projects assigned by management
Qualifications:
- HVAC background a plus
- Good Communication skills both verbal and written
- Familiar with Outlook, Teams, Excel and Word
- Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles
- Working knowledge of office devices and processes
- Detail oriented
- Ability to Multi-Task
- Organizational Skills in managing workload and follow up
