Technical Support 1, UHS Phelps Hall United Health Services is seeking a Technical Support 1 to join our IS Desktop Support department at UHS Phelps Hall in Binghamton, NY. This position is benefits eligible. Shift: Day Hours per week: 40 Salary range: $21.80 - $32.60 per hour, depending on experience. Technical Support 1 / Overview The work involves installation and maintenance of PC workstations. Performs troubleshooting and diagnostic reviews. Ensures timely resolution of work order requests. Key Responsibilities and Expectations Education/Experience Minimum Required: Two years college (Information Technologies based) OR successful completion of a Technical program in relevant field OR 2 years technical experience in a network environment License/Certification Preferred: A , CCNP, MCSE but not required Work Environment All work is performed in office areas, data centers or network rooms, often in close quarters with other employees. Office areas are air conditioned/heated. HIPAA Roles-Based Access to Patient Information All – Access to patient information, including restricted information – Level 4 Direct Experience Didn't find that perfect job this go round?
