Responsibilities
For over 50-years, the Calvary Healing Center has provided leading residential and outpatient addiction treatment for adults across the Phoenix area. Calvary’s proven treatment programs address the practical, physical and spiritual aspects of addiction for lasting recovery. Our flagship location in Phoenix offers a 50-bed residential treatment program for drug and alcohol addiction, while also providing a separate Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient levels of care. A standalone 18-bed detox facility is also on-site and located in a separate wing to better address the needs of those who require extra care before officially entering the treatment program.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The UR Coordinator is responsible for managing the treatment activities offered to the patient, including the appropriate clinical screening of admissions, establishment of treatment plans and interface with the treatment team/external case managers/managed care organizations.
Qualifications
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in social work, ental health or a Nursing degree.
Experience:
A minimum of two (2) years direct clinical experience i apsychiatric or mental health setting. Experience in teatmentlanning and communication with externa review organizations or comparable entities.
