The Call Center Specialist is responsible for handling all nursing department's incoming calls and managing general telephone inquiries related to patients and medical staff. This role involves addressing various inquiries and providing essentail support regarding patient care services.

Qualifications

Education:             High School Graduate or Equivalent required.

                              Licensed Vocational Nurse license required.

                              Associate's Degree preferred. 

 

 

Experience:           Previous experience in a call center or healthcare environment preferred.

                              Working knowledge of Mirosoft software, EMR systems, medical terminology and healthcare processes.

                              Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems and other office procedures terminology.
