Job Purpose
Provides quality meals according to menu plus prepare an alternate meal with lunch and dinner. Prepares foods in a timely and efficient manner, following safety and sanitation policies and procedures. Puts away stock as it arrives rotating old to be used first. Supervises staff in daily duties.
This position is eligible for a $500 Sign on Bonus!

Qualifications
Education: | High school diploma or equivalent. Formal training in culinary or institutional food preparation desirable.

Experience: | Two years successful experiences in a health care quantity food production. |
Technical Skills: | Ability to read, write and understand and follow instructions in English. Is able to operate kitchen equipment relating to preparing meal. Has a working knowledge of therapeutic diets and kitchen sanitation procedures. |
Salary : $500 - $5,000
