Qualifications
House Supervisor (RN) Job Requirements:
The House Supervisor assumes responsibility for complete facility operations during the assigned shift. This includes supervising nursing and clinical staff, ensuring that patient care is provided in an accurate and timely manner. This position has responsibility for the supervision of care of patients ranging in age from adolescents through geriatrics.
- Current license to practice nursing in the State of Texas (or eligible to receive or renew).
- Current CPR or BLS certification.
- Required BSN desgree
- Required a minimum of at least five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience;
- Preferred two (2) years of supervisory experience in a hospital.
- Preferred one year of inpatient psychiatric experience with patients aged 12 to 65 years
- Work hours: 12 hour shifts / Days or Nights. PRN, as needed.
