BHC Alhambra Hospital is located in the beautiful city of Rosemead, California. Our 115 bed facility established in 1924 prides itself on upholding a standard of excellence that allows our patients to take the first step to recovery. BHC Alhambra Hospital is a private, fully accredited, full-service acute psychiatric hospital serving children, adolescents and adults. BHC Alhambra is dedicated to providing quality behavioral health, substance abuse, and eating disorder treatment in patient, residential, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient options for the communities of the San Gabriel Valley, Los Angeles County, and surrounding areas
We are looking to add an experienced, highly confident and personable Human Resources Director to our senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to multi-task and manage multiple time-sensitive demands, have exceptional inter-personal and communication skills and support our mission. This professional must possess a combination of strategic thinking skills and the ability to drive execution across the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- A minimum of three (3) years of professional Human Resources experience, three (3) years management experience required, and five (5) years of heathcare experience preferred.
- PHR, SPHR or GPHR certification preferred.
- Excellent computer skills, including HRIS systems (Lawson Preferred), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Job Description: The Human Resources Director (HRD) reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for executing Human Resources activities at the facility for all functional areas, (e.g., recruiting, employee relations, compensation, compliance, etc.) and serves as a professional resource for facility management on all HR-related activities. This position requires a willingness to roll up your sleeves to ensure the day-to-day HR operations of the department are fully compliant and sound while also having the proven ability to function at a strategic level.
