Arrowhead Behavioral Health is a 48-bed private, free-standing psychiatric hospital located in Maumee, OH. Arrowhead offers a private, confidential and non-institutional environment conducive to healing and recovery. Arrowhead provides a variety of specialized services for adults and older adults.
The Human Resources Manager position is an integral part of the team at Arrowhead. Reporting to the CEO, the HR Manager ensures the department is in compliance with Federal and State regulations as well as accrediting and regulatory agencies. Duties would include: full cycle recruitment process for all positions within the facility, employee relation resolution, serve as the benefit liaison from the corporate office to the employees, orientation and training, workers compensation, HRIS administration and maintenance, and employee engagement activities.
The HR Manager plays a key role in helping to build a dynamic employee culture where employees are engaged and find long-term career success.

Qualifications
The ideal HR Manager candidate will bring sound management experience and solid HR practices managing all functional areas of human resources. This position requires a willingness to roll up your sleeves to ensure the day-to-day HR operations of the department are fully compliant.
The HR Manager position requires:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field required.
Experience: A minimum of five years experience in human resources, one year HR administration and two years of healthcare preferred.
Certification: Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.
