Licensing and Recruting Supervisor:
The Licensing and Recruiting Supervisor participates in home studies, renewals, and collecting all documentation needed for this process. This position requires review and sign off on all home studies and renewals, Staff training and supervision.

Qualifications
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- LBSW, LMSW, MSW license eligible, 2 years’ experience in foster care or related population.
- Intermediate computer proficiency in Outlook, MSWord, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must have high integrity, strong work ethics, good communication skills (both oral and written).
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to prepare reports and/or correspondence in both MSWord and Excel format.
- Ability to organize, communicate effectively and have general knowledge of Foster Care
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
The following description covers the most significant duties performed but does not exclude other work assignments not mentioned.
- Home studies, Renewals, and Collecting all documentation needed for this process.
- Director will review and sign off on all home studies and renewals
- Participate in on call rotation with Katie (same week)
- Actively participate in recruiting efforts for the program: set quarterly benchmarks for parents.
- Supervise the Recruiting and training staff
- Participate in Program preparation for all reviews from outside agencies to meet standards. (In conjunction with the Operations/Billing Manager and the Director.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures of the facility
- Perform other duties as assign
