Marketing Systems Administrator

(This role has a hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days flex-remote)

The UHS Marketing Department is hiring a Marketing Systems Administrator to serve as internal expert and owner of the Agency Project Management System, Agency Server, Digital Asset Management System, Agency Storefront (Marcom Central) and other tools, as assigned. 

Key Responsibilities include:

• Streamline processes and generate team efficiency through implementing best practices, understanding gaps and determining requirement specifications for configuration updates
• Support the Agency Team on Administration of Workflow Software Tools (Adobe Workfront); including Tool Maintenance, Updates, Training and Troubleshooting
• Configure Workfront platform to meet business requirements, driving user adoption and providing work management transparency through accurate and effective reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand current state and difficulties and demo WF solutions to meet those challenges
• Create and deliver training content for cross-functional teams on system functionality, update features, and new processes
• Review and prepare for WF releases implementing new functionality and communicating new features as needed
• Support Digital Asset Management System (Bynder)
• Support the Manager, Print Production on Agency Storefront Tool (Marcom Central)

Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years' experience maintaining systems, assessing problems, and suggesting/making improvements to the existing project management systems (Adobe Workfront), Cloud-Based Server, Digital Asset Management System (Bynder), and Agency Storefront Tool (Marcom Central).

• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Strong communications skills and demonstrated experience presenting to clients and in both written and oral forms, with technical and non-technical staff to all levels of management
• Experience influencing and gaining buy-in from executive sponsors, team members, stakeholders and peers
• Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Demonstrated experience in monitoring projects of high complexity to successful completion; ability to handle multiple concurrent systems and projects
• Ability to demonstrate solid understanding of print production, digital media
• Understanding of media advertising schedules/specifications
• Experience in artwork and production process life cycles
• Excellent understanding of project management principles
