Outpatient:
Program Therapist – This position carries a caseload of 20 PHP/IOP patients. A Program Therapist will run group therapy for 20 hours per week, meet individually with clients on their caseload. Individual meetings will take place for various reasons, including; treatment plan updates, aftercare planning, and crisis intervention. This is a full-time salaried position, Monday-Friday with both evening and morning shifts open.

Qualifications
Education: Master's Degree from an accredited college or university, in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field required.
Experience: Prefered: one (1) of three (3) years experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills; must have strong clinical assessment skills. New Master's graduates encouraged to apply!
Licensure:Must be state certified in social work or clinical related mental health field. LPC-Associate, LPC, LMSW, Temporary CSWA license or LCSW license required or working to obtain licensure.
Additional Requirements: CPR certification, Handle With Care and Verbal De-Escalation training within 30 days of employment prior to assisting in a restraining procedure. Must be able to pass a competency exam for the area upon hire. May be required to work flexible hours and overtime.
