The Horsham Clinic is seeking a dynamic and talented Performance Improvement Analyst. The Horsham Clinic is a 206-bed, private behavioral healthcare facility located on a beautiful 55-acre suburban campus in Montgomery County. We are minutes from Philadelphia and serve patients and families from Southeastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The Horsham Clinic provides comprehensive behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, and their families. In addition to our main campus in Ambler, we have two satellite partial hospitalization programs in Chester County and Delaware County. Our program diversity reflects the needs of the community and the expertise of our board-certified Medical Directors that offer a combined 40-year of tenured experience at Horsham Clinic. The Performance Improvement Analyst is responsible to assist with performance improvement functions across the facility. This person has primary responsibility to assist with the collection, compilation and maintenance of PI data, submissions of PI reports to regulatory agencies, managed care companies and to Corporate personnel in accordance with State and Federal regulatory standards. �The Performance Improvement Analyst will assist with staff development activities in furtherance with PI initiatives and goals.Qualifications
Bachelor?s Degree in related discipline or RN with current state licensure Experience in Behavioral Health Prefer knowledge of basic math, equipment usage, cleaning products, safety and infection control practices. Prior clerical experience with computer and office equipment use, information management technology, and statistical database. Flexibility and knowledge and skills required in working with a varied population including children, adolescents, adults, older adults and dually diagnosed patients Exposure to equipment and cleaning products and fluids.� Exposure to psychiatric patients who may exhibit violent/ aggressive behavior.
